%0 Journal Article %T 共掺杂(Cr,Cu,Li)调控Co原子在Co掺杂的#br#ZnO磁性半导体中的分布 %A 陈琳 %A 胡凤春 %A 谈浩 %A 段恒利 %A 孙治湖 %A 闫文盛 %J 中国科学技术大学学报 %D 2016 %R 10.3969/j.issn.0253-2778.2016.10.002 %X 利用X射线吸收谱(XAFS)和X射线光电子能谱(XPS)等技术研究了共掺杂原子(Li,Cu,Cr)对Co原子在Co掺杂ZnO薄膜中分布形式的影响.在共掺杂前,Co原子以替代Zn原子的替代位和金属Co团簇两种形式存在.共掺杂Cr原子后,样品中的Co团簇消失,掺杂的Co原子只以替代位的形式分布在ZnO基体中.与之相反,共掺杂Cu(Li)原子后,样品中的Co团簇含量显著增加.进一步分析表明,共掺杂的Cr原子与Cu(Li)对Co原子分布形式具有截然不同的调控作用是与共掺杂原子在ZnO基体中的空间占位特点密切相关.</br>Abstract:X-ray absorption fine structure (XAFS) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) were combined to study the effect of (Cr, Cu, Li) codopants on the distribution of magnetic Co atoms in Co-doped ZnO thin films. For the single-doping of Co in ZnO, there are two occupation sites of Co in ZnO: the substitutional sites for Zn and metallic Co clusters. After Cr doping, the metallic Co clusters vanish and all the Co atoms occupy the substitutional sites. On the contrary, Cu(Li)-codoping further increases the content of metallic Co clusters. In-depth analysis suggests that the distinct roles of Cr and Cu(Li) codopants for mediating the distribution of Co atoms in ZnO are intimately related to the occupation sites of codopants. %K X射线吸收谱(XAFS) %K 共掺杂 %K Co掺杂ZnO< %K /br> %K Key words: X-ray absorption fine structure (XAFS) codoping Co-codoped ZnO %U http://just.ustc.edu.cn/CN/abstract/abstract226.shtml
