%X 激素替代治疗（HRT）中孕激素对心血管系统疾病风险因素的影响越来越引起人们的关注，其中血脂异常作为心血管疾病的一个显著的危险因素是最常见的一个风险因素。围绝经期女性补充雌激素对血脂代谢成分是有利的，但雌激素中孕激素的添加对血脂代谢的影响却结果不一。目前关于HRT中不同孕激素对血脂代谢的研究较少。该文就HRT中不同孕激素对血脂代谢影响的研究进展予以综述。<br>： The effect of progestogens in hormone replacement therapy (HRT) on risk factors of cardiovascular system diseases is attracting more and more attention. As a significant risk factor of cardiovascular diseases, blood lipid abnormality is the most common risk factor. Previous studies have confirmed that exogenous estrogen supplements are beneficial to lipids profile among peri-menopausal women. But the effect of adding progestogens into estrogen on blood lipid metabolism varies. Currently there is only a small amount of studies involve the effect of different progestogens on blood lipid metabolism. This paper reviews research progresses of effects of different progestogens on blood lipid metabolism in HRT
