%X 目的·探讨影响面神经减压术疗效的因素。方法·以2013—2015年32例于上海交通大学附属第六人民医院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科行面神经减压术的面神经麻痹患者为研究对象。以面神经麻痹分级标准（House-Brackmann）作为评价标准，对病程、年龄、性别、病因及术前面神经电图（ENoG）测试结果等因素进行分析。结果·经单因素和多因素分析结果发现，面神经麻痹8周内行减压术的效果明显优于面瘫8周后的手术效果，两者差异有统计学意义。其他因素均对面神经减压术疗效没有影响。结论·手术时机是影响面神经麻痹患者面神经减压术后疗效的因素。<br>： Objective·To explore factors influencing the efficacy of facial nerve decompression. Methods·Thirty-two patients with peripheral facial palsy who underwent facial nerve decompression in the Department of ENT Head and Neck Surgery at Shanghai Sixth Peoples Hospital affiliated to Shanghai Jiao Tong University between 2013 and 2015 were included in this study. The House-Brackmann facial nerve grade was used as the evaluation standard to analyzed factors such as course of disease, age, sex, cause of disease, and results of pre-operative facial nerve ENoG test. Results·Univariate and multivariate analysis revealed that the efficacy of decompression performed within 8 weeks of the onset of facial palsy was much better than that after 8 weeks and the difference was statistically significant. Other factors did not influence the efficacy of facial nerve decompression. Conclusion·The timing of surgery is a factor influencing the efficacy of facial nerve decompression surgery
