%X 术后心房颤动（postoperative atrial fibrillation，POAF）是肺癌切除术后常见并发症之一。POAF导致患者术后并发症发生率和死亡率增加、住院时间延长及住院费增加等一系列不良后果。目前，肺癌 POAF的病因及具体发病机制尚未完全阐明，且缺乏有效的风险评估工具。该文就肺癌 POAF发生的相关危险因素、可能发病机制等研究进展进行综述，为其防治研究提供参考。<br>：Postoperative atrial fibrillation (POAF) is a frequent complication occurring in patients after lung cancer surgery. POAF is associated with an increased risk of mortality and morbidity, and increases the costs of the postoperative care. The underlying mechanisms involved in POAF development are multifactorial and for the moment far being fully elucidated. This review summarized recent clinical researches on the risk factors and mechanisms of POAF, the results of which may lead to a more effective strategy for the prevention of POAF after lung cancer surgery
