%X 循环肿瘤细胞是从原发肿瘤脱落并进入血液循环系统的癌细胞。其检测将有助于肿瘤的早期发现、复发转移监测、预后评估等。该文就近年来循环肿瘤细胞检测方法的进展及其在肺癌诊疗中的应用作一综述。<br>：Circulating tumor cells (CTCs) are cancer cells that fall off from the primary tumor and enter into the blood circulation system. CTCs detection will contribute to diagnosing tumor in its early stage, monitoring the relapse and metastasis, evaluating the prognosis.
