%X 动脉粥样硬化性疾病已成为人类死亡的首要病因。肾素血管紧张素系统是促进粥样硬化性心血管疾病的发生及发展的重要因素。研究表明ACE2/Apelin信号发挥心血管保护作用。文章就ACE2/Apelin信号研究新进展及其在动脉粥样硬化病程中的调控作用作一综述。<br>： Atherosclerotic diseases have become the leading cause of human death. The renin-angiotensin system is an important factor for promoting the occurrence and development of atherosclerotic cardiovascular diseases. Studies have revealed that the ACE2/Apelin signaling plays a protective role in the cardiovascular system. This article reviews the latest research advances in ACE2/Apelin signaling and its regulatory role in atherosclerosis
