%0 Journal Article %T 低氘水生物学效应的研究进展<br>Research progress of biological effects of deuterium-depleted water %A 罗安玲 %A 郑有丽 %A 丛峰松< %A br> %A LUO An-ling %A ZHENG You-li %A CONG Feng-song %J 上海交通大学学报(医学版) %D 2018 %R 10.3969/j.issn.1674-8115.2018.04.022 %X 低氘水(deuterium-depleted water,DDW)是氘体积分数低于0.015%的水,又称贫氘水或超轻水。低氘水具有一系列生物学效应,如抗肿瘤、抗氧化、降血糖、抗抑郁等作用,可影响生物体的生化代谢过程。而且,低氘水使用方便,无不良反应,可作为临床治疗的辅助剂。该文就低氘水生物学效应的研究进展作一综述。<br>:When the deuterium concentration of water is lower than 0.015%, the water is known as deuterium-depleted water (DDW), deuterium-poorwater or super light water. Deuterium-depleted water may affect the biochemical and metabolic processes of living organisms, for it has some biologicaleffects such as anticancer effect, antioxidant effect, hypoglycemic effect, antidepressant effect and so on. Deuterium-depleted water appears to have littletoxic side effects and is convenient to administer, so it may act as an adjuvant therapeutic agent in clinical treatment of diseases.
