%X 先天性心脏病是主要的出生缺陷之一，是导致胎儿及婴幼儿死亡的主要原因。胎儿心脏超声的应用在国内外迅速发展，胎儿期心脏超声无疑是胎儿期诊断先天性心脏病最主要及最可靠的方法。文章通过回顾及分析国内外胎儿心脏超声诊断的检出率及其相关影响因素，旨在了解胎儿心脏超声产前诊断价值，为胎儿心脏超声诊断工作提供参考。<br>： Congenital heart disease (CHD) is among the most frequent anomalies at birth and the main cause for fetal and infant death. Fetal echocardiography is the most frequently used and reliable technique in prenatal diagnosis of CHD and is developing rapidly both in China and abroad. This paper reviews the detection rate and associated influencing factors for fetal echocardiography in order to understand the prenatal diagnosis value of fetal echocardiography and provide reference for diagnosis with fetal echocardiography
