%0 Journal Article %T 抵抗素基因多态性与脑梗死的关系<br>Correlation between polymorphism of resistin gene and cerebral infraction %A 顾琳 %A 蔡高宇 %A 陈淳 %A 等< %A br> %A GU Lin %A CAI Gao-yu %A CHEN Chun %A et al %J 上海交通大学学报(医学版) %D 2016 %R 10.3969/j.issn.1674-8115.2016.02.015 %X 目的 研究抵抗素基因-420C/G位点多态性与脑梗死之间是否存在相关性。方法 采用聚合酶链反应-高温连接酶检测反应技术,对426例脑梗死患者和305例健康对照者抵抗素基因-420C/G的多态性进行分析。结果 脑梗死组的总胆固醇(TC)与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义。脑梗死组的三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、血糖和血压高于对照组,而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)则降低。脑梗死组患者的-420C/G基因型频率和等位基因频率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义,两组样本都符合H-W检验。脑梗死危险因素的logistic回归分析显示,收缩压、空腹血糖、LDL-C和TG水平的差异是脑梗死的独立危险因素。结论 抵抗素基因-420C/G位点多态性与脑梗死无相关性。<br>: Objective To investigate the correlation between the polymorphism of locus -420C/G of the resistin gene and cerebral infraction. Methods The polymorphism of locus -420C/G of the resistin gene of 426 patients with cerebral infraction and 305 healthy controls was analyzed by PCR-LDR. Results The difference of TC between the cerebral infraction group and control group were not statistically significant. The TG, LDL-C, fasting blood glucose, and blood pressure of the cerebral infraction group were higher than those of the control group, while HDL-C was lower than that of the control group. The differences of genotype frequency and allele frequency of -420C/G gene between the cerebral infraction group and control group were not statistically significant. Samples of both groups accorded with the H-W test. The logistic regression analysis showed that sytolic pressure, fasting blood glucose, LDL-C, and TG were independent risk factors of cerebral infraction.
