Under the stimulation of a various inflammatory cytokines, Rho/Rock pathway is involved in biological behaviors such as cell contraction, chemotaxis, adhesion, and invasion via kinase cascade. Rho/Rock signaling transduction pathway is closely related to pulmonary fibrosis.
