%0 Journal Article %T 温度对甜瓜幼苗根际水分和生理指标的影响</br>Effects of Temperature on Substrate Water Condition and Physiological Index for Muskmelon Plug Seedling %A 陈罡晓 %A 徐慧慧 %A 李彭丽 %A 张亚琪 %A 牛庆良 %J 上海交通大学学报农业科学版 %D 2016 %X 研究了温度对甜瓜穴盘苗根际水分含量、可吸收水分比例及幼苗根系总根长、根系表面积、根系活力、气孔导度等生理指标的影响。结果表明,高、低温处理均会对甜瓜幼苗水分运移产生影响:高温处理6 d后基质内水分散失剧烈,自由水比例迅速下降至4.46%,增加了甜瓜幼苗根系对水分吸收利用的难度;高、低温处理致使甜瓜幼苗根长、根系表面积等指标显著下降,根系脯氨酸含量上升、根系活力下降,从而影响了幼苗水分吸收;高、低温处理下叶片气孔导度、蒸腾速率显著低于常温处理,水分在植物体内的运移受到了一定的限制。</br>Effects of temperature on substrate water content and available water content as well as physiological index were studied for muskmelon plug seedlings.The results indicated that high and low temperature can both influence water movement.Evaporation was enhanced and the rate of free water in substrate decreased under high temperature growth conditions,as a result,water absorption got difficult for seedlings.High and low temperature also influenced the morphology of seedling root system.Root length and total surface area decreased obviously compared to normal temperature treatment.Root system vigor also reduced as well.Temperature affected photosynthesis characters,then resulted in low transportation rate and thereby the water absorption and transport. %K 甜瓜幼苗 温度 基质水分 生理指标< %K /br> %K muskmelon plug seedling temperature substrate water content physiological character %U http://shjtdxnxb.cnjournals.com/ch/reader/view_abstract.aspx?file_no=20160204&flag=1
