Fritsch %A 吕秀立 %A 郭小芳 %A 施季森 %A 沈烈英 %J 上海交通大学学报农业科学版 %D 2016 %X 以厚叶岩白菜菌苗的嫩叶为试验起始材料,研究了其离体培养诱导不定芽再生和体胚发生的过程。结果表明,叶片可以诱导出愈伤组织,诱导培养基为MS+1.0 mg/L 2,4-D+0.1 mg/L KT+0.5 mg/L VC;愈伤组织增殖的最佳培养基为MS+1.0 mg/L ZT+0.1 mg/L NAA+0.5 mg/L VC;诱导不定芽分化的最佳培养基为MS+1.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L IBA+0.5 mg/L VC,诱导率最高为30%;体胚发生的最佳培养基为MS+1.0 mg/L ZT+0.1 mg/L IBA+0.5 mg/L,分化率最高为26.67%。</br>Young leaves of aseptic seedling were used to study the process of inducing the regeneration of adventitious buds and somatic embryogenesis of Bergenia crassifolia (L.) Fritsch.The results showed that callus could be induced from leaves.The induction medium is:MS+1.0 mg/L 2,4-D+0.1 mg/L KT+0.5 mg/L VC.The best medium for the multiplication of callus is:MS+1.0 mg/L ZT+0.1 mg/L NAA+0.5 mg/L VC.The best medium for inducing adventitious buds is MS+1.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L IBA+0.5 mg/L VC.The highest rate of induction is 30%.The best medium for somatic embryogenesis is:MS+1.0 mg/L ZT+0.1 mg/L IBA+0.5 mg/L VC and the highest rate of differentiation is 26.67%. %K 厚叶岩白菜 叶片 不定芽发生 体胚发生< %K /br> %K Bergenia crassifolia (L.)
