%X 开发区公共空间品质评价是开发区公共空间建设的重要参考,是优化完善开发区园区环境的重要内容。采用文献分析、现场踏勘、专家访谈、归纳比较等方法,通过描述性分析,归纳开发区公共空间品质评价的特点,即物质环境、使用人群和使用时间的特殊性、以及评价的层次性;依据综合开发区的发展阶段特征、公共空间场地特征、从业人员心理需求特性、公共空间游憩利用特征等,利用AHP层次分析法,构建了由开放性、舒适性、形象认知性3个准则层12评价因子构成的开发区公共空间品质评价模型;选取漕河泾新兴技术开发区的3类6个公共空间场地进行评价模型应用,依据评价结果,对该开发区提出提高场地标识度、提升环境质量、增加场地配套设施等方面的优化建议。</br>The Hi-tech Park public space quality evaluation system is an important reference for Hi-tech Park construction.And it is also important for the development and optimization of Hi-tech Park environment.In present study,the methods of field survey data,questionnaire survey results,software analysis,and expert interviews were adopted.And then we summarized the specialties of Hi-tech Park public space quality evaluation system,namely the characteristics of physical environment and the personality of the respondents in the public space.For model construction,we took the Hi-tech Parks characteristics of development stage,public space physical environment,psychological demand of the users,and space recreation into account.And then a comprehensive and operable quality evaluation system was constructed using AHP software.Finally,in order to verify the validity of the model,experimental application was conducted to two public spaces from CHJ Hi-tech Park.It adequately evaluated the quality of the system and provided some constructive and optimization suggestions.
