%0 Journal Article %T 4种早花大花组铁线莲的耐热性综合评价</br>Comprehensive Evaluation of Heat-Tolerance of 4 Cultivars of Early Large-Flowered Group Clematis %A 朱玉雪 %A 张敏涛 %A 刘莹 %A 黄建荣 %A 莫健彬 %A 申晓辉 %J 上海交通大学学报农业科学版 %D 2017 %X 以上海地区引种的4个早花大花组铁线莲(Clematis florida)品种‘皇帝’、‘诱惑’、‘落日’和‘萌’为试材,在人工气候箱内研究高温胁迫40/32 ℃(昼/夜)0~6 d对其形态、热害指数、相对电导率(REC)、相对含水量(RWC)、丙二醛(MDA)含量、可溶性糖含量和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性的影响。结果表明,持续6 d的高温胁迫使4个品种的叶片表现出不同程度的受害症状,如边缘卷曲、枯萎,RWC明显下降,而热害指数、REC、MDA和可溶性糖含量明显上升;POD和CAT酶的活性提高,但SOD酶的活性呈现先升高、后降低直至到最初水平的变化趋势。品种‘皇帝’、‘诱惑’、‘落日’和‘萌’的耐热性综合评价值(the comprehensive value of heat-tolerance)由低至高分别为0.4766、0.5308、0.5398和0.5824,可知‘萌’耐热性最强,而‘皇帝’耐热性最弱,这与REC的评价结果一致。REC、CAT活性与热害指数之间呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),故REC可以作为快捷评价铁线莲耐热性的生理指标。这些研究成果可为上海地区引种适宜栽培的早花大花组铁线莲品种和育种亲本选择提供重要的理论依据。</br>In artificial chamber,the effects of high temperature treatments of 40/32 ℃(day/night)for 0-6 days on the morphology,heat injury index,relative electric conductivity(REC),relative water content(RWC),malondialdehyde(MDA),soluble sugar contents and the activities of super oxide dismutase(SOD),peroxidase(POD)and catalase(CAT)of 4 early large-flowered group Clematis cultivars,namely ‘Kaiser’,‘Zotemp’,‘Sunset’ and ‘Meng’,were investigated in Shanghai.The results indicated that the four cultivars showed different degrees of damage symptom of leaves such as the leaves curled and withered under high temperature for 6 days.Heat injury index,MDA contents,soluble sugar contents and REC increased significantly,whereas RWC decreased.Moreover,POD and CAT activities rose after treatments,SOD activity increased at first and then decreased to the initial levels at the end.The correlation analysis showed a significantly positive correlation between REC,CAT and heat injury index,so that REC might be used as an efficient index to rapidly evaluate the heat resistance of Clematis plants.The comprehensive values of the heat resistance of ‘Kaiser’,‘Zotemp’,‘Sunset’ and ‘Meng’ were 0.4766,0.5308,0.5398 and 0.5824 respectively,the heat tolerace of ‘Meng’ is the strongest among this four cultivars,while one of ‘Kaiser’ is the weakest,which was consistent with the result of heat injury index,REC and other physiological indicators.These results should provide an important theoretical basis of the introduction and cultivation,the selection of hybrid parents for the early large-flowered group Clematis in Shanghai area. %K 早花大花组铁线莲 耐热性 生理指标 综合评价值 热害指数< %K /br> %K the early large-flowered group Clematis heat-tolerance physiological indicators comprehensive value heat injury index %U http://shjtdxnxb.cnjournals.com/ch/reader/view_abstract.aspx?file_no=20170109&flag=1
