%T 我国市民农园发展的国际经验借鉴</br>Reference foreign experiences for development of allotment garden in China

%X 市民农园是城市化发展到成熟阶段的产物,具有丰富市民生活、增强城乡互动等价值。国外市民农园经历上百年发展表现出休闲功能为核心、价值多元、模式多样等特征,具体表现在休闲功能演变为核心功能;具有生产、休闲、公益等多元价值;形成欧洲、北美、东亚3种典型模式,主要区别在于定位、选址、租期、规模、管理模式等方面,近年来呈现差异化融合的趋势。与此对照,我国市民农园存在模式单一,过度强调经营性,生产与休闲定位模糊等问题。研究建议,我国市民农园发展应凸显休闲功能,在营利性与公益性间平衡,推进多模式共同发展。</br>When a city’s urbanization enters into its mature stage,subsequently followed is the emergence of the allotment garden,which contributes to improving the citizen’s life and the urban-rural interaction.In order to promote the development of China's Allotment Garden,this paper studied the international development experience,and found through hundreds of years of development,the foreign community garden has boasted of such characteristics as recreation-oriented concept,multifarious values,and diversified modes.To put it specifically,its recreational function has been elevated as the core one;its values have been diversified and thus demonstrated in terms of production,recreation,and public welfare;its archetypal mode has been secured,taking the European,North-American,and East Asian forms whose distinction lies in such aspects as location,site selection,lease term,scale,and management modes,etc.In recent years,the tendency of differentiation synthesizing has appeared.Compared with the mode of the foreign community garden,our country’s allotment garden is currently faced with many problems,say,the mode is far from varied,the operation overemphasized,the position of production and recreation blurred.Research concluded China’s future allotment garden should aim at highlighting its recreation function and seizing the balance between commercial profit and public welfare,thereby pushing forward its multi-model development.
