%X 猪萨佩罗病毒(porcine sapelovirus,PSV)主要经粪-口途径传播,可引起猪脑脊髓灰质炎、肠道、呼吸道、生殖器官疾病等多系统综合征。2011年作者在我国爆发猪脑脊髓炎为主的某猪场首次分离到1株PSV,随后的流行病学调查表明:PSV在我国猪群中广泛存在,具有较高的感染率。PSV与猪瘟病毒、猪繁殖与呼吸障碍综合征病毒、猪细小病毒、捷申病毒、B类和G类肠道病毒等混合感染病猪,以致临床症状复杂多样,诊断和综合防控难度增大。迄今,PSV的入侵与感染、变异与迁移、免疫与致病、暴发与流行、跨种间感染与传播等机制尚不清楚。本文主要对PSV病毒的发现与生物学分类、病毒形态结构和基因组结构特征、流行病学、临床症状以及PSV的诊断等方面进行综述。</br>Porcine sapelovirus (PSV),mainly transmitted via fecal-oral route,were connected with polio,gastroenteritis,and respiratory and genital disease.The first PSV strain in China was isolated from an outbreak of swine encephalomyelitis in 2011.Epidemiological survey showed that PSV existed widely in swine,with high infection rates.Swine infected with PSV are often accompanied with mixed infections of classical swine fever virus,porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus,porcine parvovirus,Teschen virus,Class B and Class G intestinal virus,resulting in complex and diverse clinical symptoms.All of these made the diagnosis,prevention and control of PVS difficult.Moreover,the mechanism of PSV invasion and infection,mutation and migration,immune response and pathogenesis,outbreaks and epidemics,as well as cross-species infection and propagation is unclear.In this paper,we reviewed the biological classification,morphological and genome structural features,epidemiology,clinical features and diagnosis of PSV.
