%0 Journal Article %T 一品红品种的特异性、一致性和稳定性研究</br>Study on the Distinctness,Uniformity and Stability of Poinsettia Cultivars(Euphorbia pulcherrima Willd) %A 姚红军 %A 顾梅俏 %A 虞秀明 %A 孙强 %J 上海交通大学学报农业科学版 %D 2017 %X 对国内主栽的22个一品红品种的7个二元性状、25个多态性状和25个数量性状进行了田间观测,并通过变异系数分析、t测验及系统聚类法进行各一品红品种所有性状的特异性、一致性和稳定性研究。结果表明,各品种的二元性状及大多数多态性状的一致性均表现较好,而数量性状因在品种内及年际间变异较大一致性表现差;二元性状稳定性好,而数量性状变异最大;其中,表现良好、较差和极差的性状分别为36个、10个和7个。因此,经研究共筛选出一致性和稳定性表现好的36个性状,其中二元性状、多态性状和数量性状分别为7个、17个和12个,以用作一品红品种间特异性的比较及分析,可作为准确区分DUS(distinctness,uniformity and stability)测试品种及评定申请品种是否为新品种的有力依据。</br>The characteristics of 22 poinsettia cultivars were observed on the field,including 7 qualitative binary characteristics,25 qualitative polymorphic characteristics and 25 quantitative characteristics.The distinctness,uniformity and stability(DUS)of these cultivars were analyzed by the coefficient of variation,t-test and systematic cluster analysis.The results showed that all qualitative binary characteristics and the majority of qualitative polymorphic characteristics possessed good uniformity for all cultivars.However,the quantitative characteristics displayed poor uniformity.All cultivars showed good stability for qualitative binary characteristics,while significant variation was observed in quantitative characteristics.On the basis of the uniformity and stability analysis,36,0 and 7 characteristics having good,poor and bad performance,relatively,were identified.Therefore,36 characters(7 qualitative binary characteristics,17 qualitative polymorphic characteristics and 12 quantitative characteristics)were screened out for the distinctness,uniformity and stability evaluation and identification of new varieties. %K 一品红 品种 特异性 一致性 稳定性< %K /br> %K poinsettia cultivar distinctness uniformity stability %U http://shjtdxnxb.cnjournals.com/ch/reader/view_abstract.aspx?file_no=20170212&flag=1
