%0 Journal Article %T 有机覆盖物对园林马尼拉草土壤水分、养分、微生物的影响及肥力综合评价</br>Effect of Organic Mulch on Soil Moisture,Nutrients,Microorganisms in Zoysia matrella and Comprehensive Assessment of Soil Fertility %A 阚丽艳 %J 上海交通大学学报农业科学版 %D 2016 %X 通过室内盆栽试验,探讨木屑、松针、核鳞、树皮和枯叶地表有机覆盖物对园林植物马尼拉草土壤水分、养分、微生物的影响,同时对地表覆盖后马尼拉草土壤肥力进行综合评价。结果表明,在地被马尼拉草上覆盖不同的有机覆盖物后,土壤温度和水分都呈现上升趋势;土壤速效磷、硝态氮、速效钾和有机质的含量都明显增加,而土壤的电导率和pH值都明显下降;覆盖核鳞和枯叶处理后土壤细菌和真菌的数量显著高于对照,覆盖树皮和核鳞处理后土壤放线菌的数量显著高于对照;运用主成分分析法对有机覆盖物处理后马尼拉草土壤肥力进行评价,其综合得分排名为:核鳞>松针>木屑>树皮>枯叶>对照(不覆盖)。由综合得分排列顺序可知,在地被马尼拉草地表上覆盖核鳞、松针和木屑的土壤肥力综合得分均处于平均线以上,覆盖树皮和枯叶的土壤肥力综合得分虽然低于平均线,但是这些覆盖处理的综合得分都高于对照处理,表明地表有机覆盖物对地被马尼拉草植物土壤肥力的提高起着非常重要作用。</br>Pot experiment was employed to assess the effects of organic mulch(sawdust,pine needles,nucleus scale,bark and withered leaf)on soil moisture,nutrients,microorganisms in urban garden plants Zoysia matrella,and comprehensive evaluation of soil fertility in Zoysia matrella s after surface mulching.The result showed that when Zoysia matrella was covered with different organic mulch,soil temperature and moisture were elevated,soil available phosphorus,nitrate nitrogen content,available potassium and organic matter were increased significantly,and the soil electrical conductivity and pH value were decreased obviously;the number of soil bacteria and fungi was significantly higher than that in control after covering with nucleus scale and leaves.The number of soil actinomycetes was significantly higher than that in control after covering with bark and nucleus scale.Principal component analysis was used to evaluate the soil fertility of Zoysia matrella after covering organic mulch,the comprehensive score ranking was:nucleus scale>pine needles>sawdust>bark>withered leaf>control(not covered).The ranking showed that the synthesis score of soil fertility covering with nucleus scale,pine needles,and wood chips was above average.Synthesis score of soil fertility covering with bark and leaves was below the average,but the comprehensive scores of these treatments were higher than those of the control,which indicated that organic mulch had played an important role in improving soil fertility of Zoysia matrella. %K 有机覆盖物 马尼拉草 土壤肥力 综合评价< %K /br> %K organic mulch Zoysia matrella soil fertility comprehensive assessment %U http://shjtdxnxb.cnjournals.com/ch/reader/view_abstract.aspx?file_no=20160413&flag=1
