%0 Journal Article %T 蚯蚓粪复合基质对观赏生菜的生长及品质的影响</br>Effects of Worm Cast Compound Substrate on the Growth and Quality of Ornamental Lettuce %A 赵洪 %A 杨乐琦 %A 仇淑芳 %A 晏姿 %A 黄丹枫 %A 唐东芹 %J 上海交通大学学报农业科学版 %D 2017 %X 以观赏生菜‘Biscia Rossa’为植物材料,以蚯蚓粪、机基质按不同比例复合为栽培基质,研究蚯蚓粪复合基质对观赏生菜的生长及品质的影响。结果表明,蚯蚓粪复合基质栽培有助于观赏生菜的生长发育,所有处理的叶片数、株高、叶面积和鲜重都不同程度比对照组(CK)有所提高,其中J2(蚯蚓粪∶机基质=6∶4)条件下各指标表现最好,分别较CK提高了59.25%、40.17%、65.54%和39.18%;从生理指标来看,J2处理的叶绿素和可溶性蛋白依然是最高的,分别比CK高出29.73%和26.41%,而J4(蚯蚓粪∶机基质=4∶6)的花青素是所有处理中最高的,较CK提高了30.65%。但复合基质对观赏生菜的可溶性糖和维生素C的影响不显著,而基质中适当比例的蚯蚓粪能降低硝态氮的含量。综上,J2为供试处理中最适宜观赏生菜栽培的基质配比。</br>The study aimed to find out the optimal worm cast compound substrate to cultivate the lettuce.The results showed that worm cast substrate promoted the growth and quality of ornamental lettuce ‘Biscia Rossa’.Leaf area and fresh weight were found to be higher as compared to control group (CK) under all treatments.Each index under J2 treatment (worm cast:inorganic matrix=6:4) was noticed to be improved respectively by 59.25%,40.17%,65.54% and 39.18% by compared to CK.Chlorophyll and soluble protein content of J2 treatment also showed the highest value among the treatments by 29.73% and 26.41% by compared to CK.Anthocyanin content of J4 treatment (worm cast∶inorganic matrix=4∶6) revealed the higher value by 30.65% in comparison with CK.The effects of complex substrates were not significant for soluble sugar and vitamin C content in lettuce plants.Meanwhile,the proper proportion of worm cast in substrate could reduce the nitrate content of lettuce.In conclusion,J2 was the best treatment for the cultivation of ornamental lettuce amang all the tested treatments. %K 生菜 蚯蚓粪 基质配比 复合基质< %K /br> %K lettuce worm cast substrate proportion compound substrate %U http://shjtdxnxb.cnjournals.com/ch/reader/view_abstract.aspx?file_no=20170403&flag=1
