%0 Journal Article %T 新型中央孔型有晶状体眼后房型人工晶状体(ICL V4c)用于矫正中高度近视眼的临床结果 %A 陈珣 %A 王晓瑛△ %A 缪华茂 %A 周行涛 %J 复旦大学(医学报) %D 2017 %X </br>Objective To evaluate the safety,efficacy,predictability,stability and changes of high order aberrations of implantation of implantable collamer lens (ICL) with a central hole (ICL V4c) for the correction of moderate to high myopia.Methods This study evaluated 49 eyes of 26 patients who underwent ICL V4c implantation during Nov.,2014 and Jul.,2015.They were followed up for 6 months of uncorrected distance visual acuity (UDVA),corrected distance visual acuity (CDVA),manifest refractive error,axial length,intraocular pressure,corneal endothelial cell density,vault,high order aberrations and adverse events after ICL surgery.Results Spherical equivalent refractive error changed from (-12.73±4.06) D preoperatively to (-0.49±0.81) D 6 months postoperatively.While 42 eyes (85.71%) were within ±1.00 D 6 months after the operation,35 eyes (71.43%) had a UDVA of 1.0 or better,39 eyes (79.59%) had a CDVA of 1.0 or better,45 eyes (91.84%) had a UDVA and CDVA of 0.5 or better,respectively.The safety and efficacy indices were 1.33±0.37 and 1.21±0.27,respectively.A total of 81.63% eyes were within ±0.50 D of the predicted spherical equivalents,95.92% eyes were within ±1.00 D.The postoperative intraocular pressure was stable without actue ascent.The mean vault was (499.15±245.16) μm,and the rate of endothelial cells loss was 0.88% 6 months postoperatively.The total high order aberrations did not increase after ICL V4c implantation.Conclusions ICL V4c implantation is safe,effective,predictable and stable solution for moderate to high myopia. %K < %K /br> %K high myopia ICL V4c high order aberration %U http://jms.fudan.edu.cn/CN/abstract/abstract1352.shtml
