%0 Journal Article %T 促微管聚合蛋白家族的研究进展 %A 李因涛(综述) %A 赵杨勇 %A 许雅丽 %A 于金明 %A △(审校) %J 复旦大学(医学报) %D 2016 %X </br>Tubulin polymerization promoting proteins (TPPPs) can promote tubulin polymerization into microtubules and induce their bundling. They also function as the stabilization of microtubular network and play a crucial role in mitotic spindle formation. There are TPPP paralogs in the human genome: TPPP/p25, TPPP2/p18 and TPPP3/p20. The common C-terminal part of the 3 proteins is named as p25-α domain. TPPP1 is involved in the neurodegenerative disorders, such as multiple sclerosis and multiple system atrophy. TPPP3 is expressed in some tumor cells, and closely related to tumor cell proliferation, while TPPP2 is almost unknown so far.
