%X 大学法学教育国际化，是近20年来中国教育界一直在探索的热点，既是中国法学教育改革的目标之一，也是贯彻实施当前“一带一路”之国家倡议的必然要求。总结历史上法学教育国际化的经验和成果，是开展好这一事业的重要途径。11世纪前后出现的“罗马法复兴”运动导致了中世纪大学的诞生，英国牛津大学与剑桥大学的兴起推动了大学法学教育国际化的开展。尽管在英国法学教育中，罗马法的传授经历了曲折过程，但仍是唯一自中世纪教授至今的科目。罗马法教授在英国法学高等教育中的发展过程，体现了法学教育的国际化进程，即在吸收欧洲大陆法学研究成果的同时保持了英国本土法律教育的特色，从而使英国成为近代以后法律教育的强国之一。</br>In recent 20 years, it is a hot issue that the internalization of legal education in Universities. It is not only one of the goals of the reform of Chinese legal education, but also an inevitable requirement to implement “the Belt and Road”. It is an important way to carry out the reform by summing up the experience and achievements of the internationalization of legal education in universities abroad. The revival of the Rome law before and after eleventh Century led to the birth of Medieval Universities. The Oxford University and Cambridge University rose in the medieval times, and the internationalization of legal education in universities was promoted. Although the education of Roman law in the United Kingdomhas undergone a tortuous process, it has not been interrupted so far, and it is the only subject which has been taught since medieval times. The process of the education of Roman law in British universities shows the process of the internationalization of legal education, which means absorption of the developments of Roman Law in European continental countries as well as maintaining the characteristics of British legal education. Consequently, the United Kingdom has become one of the powers in legal education since modern times.
