%X 关于复兴中华法系，有一些问题值得再思考。通过这种再思考，可以更清醒地认识复兴中华法系的一些基本问题并做出相应的对策，以铺平这一复兴之路。这些问题包括：复兴中华法系的现代意义、复兴的中华法系的性质、复兴的中华法系之母国（即中国）所需具备的基本条件、复兴的中华法系之成员国形成的途径、复兴中华法系的努力方向等等。这些问题在复兴中华法系的过程中都会碰到，绕不开且十分重要。因此，现在就应进行深思熟虑地再思考，为复兴中华法系作好必要的思想、理论准备。</br>There are some problems that are worth rethinking about the rejuvenation of the Chinese legal system. Through this rethinking, we can more clearly understand some basic problems of the rejuvenation of the Chinese legal system and make corresponding countermeasures to pave the way for rejuvenation. These problems include the modern meaning of the rejuvenation of the Chinese legal system, the nature of the rejuvenation, the basic conditions for the mother country (China) devoted to the rejuvenation, the way to formation of the member states, and the direction of the efforts to revive the Chinese legal system, and so on. These problems are inseparable and very important, and will be encountered in the process of reviving the Chinese legal system. Therefore, we should now deliberate and reconsider, and prepare the necessary ideological and theoretical preparations for the rejuvenation of the Chinese legal system.
