%X 近些年来，我国的法官与学者结合实务所做的有关司法方法论的学术研究，成果越来越多。一些实证调研成果反映出我国不同地区的法官对司法方法论的应用状况。司法方法在我国裁判实践中虽然已有一定的应用，但仍旧存在很多不足。目前，中国特色社会主义法律体系已经形成。在全面依法治国成为时代主题的背景下，必须强调司法方法在我国法官决策中的重要地位。司法方法论也应从法律方法论中独立出来予以深入研究。法官的司法方法理论素养及实践技能需要大力提高。司法方法的制度空间，今后还须通过司法改革予以改进。</br>In recent years, Chinese judges and scholars have published more and more academic achievements on judicial methodology. Some empirical research results reflect the application of judges in different regions of China to the judicial methodology. Although there is a certain application of judicial methods in China？？s judicial practices, a lot of inadequacies still exist. At present, the socialist legal system with Chinese characteristics has been formed. Under the background of a comprehensive rule of law as the theme of the times, Judicial methodology has an unshirkable mission of the times, and it is necessary to emphasize the importance of judicial methods in judges？edecision in our country. The judicial methodology should also be independent from the legal methodology and carry out an in-depth study. The judges？？ theoretical accomplishment of judicial methods and practical skills need to be greatly improved. The institutional space of the judicial method needs to be improved through judicial reform in the future.
