%0 Journal Article %T 普法教育绩效测评指标体系的构建 %A 莫桑梓 %J 法制与社会发展 %D 2018 %X 构建普法教育绩效测评指标体系是科学实施普法教育、增强普法教育实效的必要保证,是回应中国特色社会主义新时代人民对美好法治生活需要的重要举措。构建普法教育绩效测评指标体系的理论基础是法治社会化理论。普法教育绩效测评指标体系具体由法治认知指标、法治价值观指标、法治行为指标3个一级指标,13个二级指标和35个三级观测点组成,各指标的权重采用德尔菲法和层次分析法进行计算。运用该指标体系有利于促进普法教育目标任务的实现,有利于深化全面依法治国实践,全面落实依法治国基本方略。</br>It is significant to establish an effective performance index system of the law-related education (LRE) programs. Such index system can help to implement the LRE plans scientifically and effectively. Moreover, it is a crucial policy response to satisfy people’s needs to live decently in a rule of law environment in the new era of socialism with Chinese Characteristics. The theoretical framework for the establishment of the index system is socialization theory of rule of law. On the basis of Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process, the system consists of 3 grade I indexes, 13 grade II indexes and 35 grade III indexes. The grade I indexes reflect subjects’ performance on rule of law’s cognition, values and behavior.
