%X 新时代中国特色社会主义法治建设对法治人才培养提出了更高的德性要求。法律职业伦理教育是德法兼修高素质法治人才道德素质养成的主要方式。法律职业伦理教育应当成为新时代中国特色社会主义法学学科体系和教学体系建设的主要内容。法学院校应当根据新时代中国特色社会主义法治建设的要求，修订培养方案，增加法律职业伦理教育的内容。开设专门的法律职业伦理必修课程，将法律职业伦理的培养贯穿于法科生培养的整个过程，实现法律职业伦理培养与法学专业教育的协调发展。</br>The construction of the rule of law of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era has set a higher moral standard for legal talents training. Insofar as legal ethics education among others has become one principal mean to cultivating the moral quality of outstanding legal talents with moral and legal virtue, it should be incorporated as a primary coverage of both the legal discipline and teaching system that are built upon socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics. So Chinese law schools should develop training program, by way of increasingly focusing on legal ethics education, to meet the requirement of the socialist legal construction with Chinese characteristics in the new era. Specifically, law schools need to set up legal ethics as a compulsory course and to immerse the cultivation of legal ethics throughout the entire education process, aiming to achieve the coordinated development between legal ethics training and legal education.
