We combine this result with the 2018 Planck ※TT, TE, EE + lowE + lensing§ analysis, and update a study of mv with new direct measurements of 8, and obtain mv=0.27㊣0.08 eV assuming three nearly degenerate neutrino eigenstates. Measurements are consistent with k=0, and de(a)=次 constant. %K Cosmological Parameters %K Baryon Acoustic Oscillations %K Galaxy Distributions %K Cosmic Microwave Background %U http://www.scirp.org/journal/PaperInformation.aspx?PaperID=89588
