	This paper analyzes the main factors of the competitiveness of supply chain management enterprises, and identified them competitiveness by DEMATEL-ANP, creating an integrated evaluation model that combines de-cision making trial and evaluation laboratory (DEMATEL) and analytic net-work process (ANP) based on the correlation between indexes. DEMATEL can verify the dependent relationship and strength of indexes. ANP can cal-culate the weight of indexes. Finally, it takes Eternal Asia Supply Chain Man-agement Enterprise as an example and calculates its competitiveness. The re-sult of the evaluation not only confirms the interrelationship of each index, also can clarify the importance of each index, which will provide a scientific basis for the supply chain management enterprises to build their competi-tiveness.
