%X 目的：总结1例甲维盐农药中毒的临床救治经验。方法：通过复习文献，对急性甲维盐农药口服中毒的发病机制、临床表现、治疗方法等进行阐述。结果：血液灌流，纳洛酮应用对甲维盐农药中毒有效。<br />
Objective: By summarizing a case of emamectin benzoate pesticide poisoning and literature review. Methods: We elaborated pathogenesis, clinical features, and therapeutic method of acute emamectin benzoate pesticide poisoning. Results: Hemoperfusion and naloxone are effective to emamectin benzoate poisoning.
