应用双标图法分析作物品种多点试验数据,深受育种工作者推崇,作为一种分析基因型与环境互作的正确方法,它可以提高研究者直观理解和驾驭试验数据的能力。但有一些使用者对双标图分析缺乏深入了解,不能正确地选择和解释双标图。为了使农业科研工作者对双标图分析有一个客观全面的认识,本文通过实例介绍利用双标图法对作物品种多点试验数据进行分析,主要阐述以下两个问题:(1) 如何选择适当的GGE双标图(基因型 + 基因型与环境互作)来进行多点试验数据分析;(2) 如何使用GGE双标图的不同功能形态进行品种评价、试验点评价和品种生态区划分。
Biplot analysis has been used for analysis of genotype-by-environment data. Plant breeders are enthusiastic about the capacity of biplot analysis in helping them to understand their research data visually, considering the use of biplots as a right way to genotype-by-environment interaction analyses. Admittedly, some users of biplot analysis are not always clear on how to select a proper type of biplot for a particular research objective and how to interpret a biplot correctly and accurately. In order to enable agricultural researchers have an objective and comprehensive understanding to biplot analysis, this paper introduced biplot analysis for crop varieties evaluation using multi-location test data by some examples, mainly covers two issues: (1) how to choose a proper GGE biplot (genotype + genotype-by-environment interaction) to analysis the experi- mental data, and (2) how to use the key functions of a GGE biplot for genotype evaluation, test-     environment evaluation, and mega-environment delineation.
