为了探讨大学生学校归属感与宿舍人际关系之间的关系,本研究采用了《学校归属感量表(PSSM中文版)》和《宿舍人际关系诊断量表》对500名在校大学生进行施测。研究结果表明:1) 大学生学校归属感在学科类型和是否独生项目上存在显著性差异;2) 大学生宿舍人际关系在性别和是否独生项目上存在显著性差异;3) 学校归属感与宿舍人际关系呈负相关,且达到显著水平,学校归属感对宿舍人际关系有负向预测作用。结论:高校心理健康教育工作人员应关注大学生的学校归属感,并及时给予调控,帮助大学生形成对学校良好的归属感,改善大学生宿舍人际关系,培养良好的人际交往品质,促进大学生的身心健康成长。
To explore the relationship between sense of school belonging and dormitory interpersonal rela-tionships of college students, we test 500 college students by using the sense of school belonging scale and the dormitory interpersonal relationships scale. The results showed that: 1) with respect to the sense of school belonging, there was a statistical significance in the projects of subject type and one-child; 2) with respect to the dormitory interpersonal relationships, there was a statistical significance in the projects of sex and one-child; 3) there was a significant negative correlation between sense of school belonging and dormitory interpersonal relationships, and sense of school belonging was a negative predictor for dormitory interpersonal relationships. The conclusion is: the college staff who works at mental health education should pay attention to the sense of school belonging of college students and regulate in time to help the students form a good sense of school belonging, improve the dormitory interpersonal relationships of college students and cultivate good interpersonal quality, promote the body and mind of college students to grow healthily.
