	<span style=\"line-height:1.5;\">根据气体激光器平–凹共振腔内，激光束类似高斯曲线分布的形状，经过精确的计算，采用创新工艺技术制造出来的玻璃放电管。用这种放电管生产出来的CO<sub>2</sub>、He-Ne、He-Cd激光器，都获得了TEMoo模。<br />
According to the gas laser with a plane concave cavity, laser beam distribution is similar to a Gaussian curve shape, through precise calculation by special technology and manufacture of glass discharge tube. The discharge tube production of CO<sub>2</sub>, He-Ne, He-Cd laser won the TEMoo mode.</span><span style=\"line-height:1.5;\"></span>
