%X As a state of higher education, STAIN Pamekasan progresses academic quality by giving worthwhile subjects to extend studentsĄŻ language skill. One of them is English. It is a main course for five programs. The point in this study is whether the English material given appropriate to studentsĄŻ comprehension, since a good text is text which is suitable with readersĄŻ level linguistics. Based on the context above, the researcher proposes the research focus Ą°How the index readability of reading material in English Text Study in STAIN PamekasanĄ±. The objective of this research is to describe index readability of reading material in English Text Study in STAIN Pamekasan.
