%X ？sixlowmolecularweightorganicacids(aceticacid,malonicacid,lacticacid,malicacid,citricacidandsuccinicacidin)infreshginseng,whiteginsengandredginsengweredeterminedbyreversedphasehighperformanceliquidchromatography(rp-hplc).kromasilc18column（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）wasusedat30℃andmobilephasewas5%ch3oh0.01mol/lk2hpo4(ph2.5)withflowrateof1ml/minandinjectionvolumewas20μl.detectionwavelengthwas210nm.sixorganicacidshadagoodlinearityinrangeof0.001？6-1.0000mg/ml,andaveragerecoveriesofthesixorganicacidswereintherangeof97.54%to102.53%.thismethodhasaccuratelyandeffectivelydeterminedlowmolecularweightorganicacidsinpanaxginseng.
