%X ？therearetwomajorkindsofofficialcollectedbooksinqindynasty.oneisbookswhicharetomeettheneedsofdoctorofficials.theotherisarchiveswhicharetomeettheneedsoflawofficials.andarchivesaretheemphasisofofficialcollectedbooksinqindynasty.accordingly,archivesarealsotheemphasisofofficialliteraturesortinginqindynasty.itisdifferentfromthesituationthatbooksaretheemphasisofofficialliteraturesortinginhandynasty.administrativeoperationinqindynastyisbasedoncollectionandutilizationofofficialcollectedbooks.therefore,qinpeople’sdifferentattitudetowardsbooksandarchivescanreflectthechangeofbothdoctorofficials’andlawofficials’politicalstatus.itcanalsoreflecttheadministrativenatureofqindynasty,i.e.“rulecountrybylaw”.
