%T 差序氛围、组织支持与农户合作意愿――基于小型农田水利建管护的调查

%X 构建农户参与的小型农田水利设施建管护组织是打通农田水利设施"最后一公里",提高其利用效率的关键。本研究基于35个村组织,352个农户的样本调查,采用跨层次分析模型,揭示了小型农田水利设施建管护中组织支持、心理契约、差序氛围和农户合作意愿间的逻辑关系和作用机理。研究表明:组织支持、心理契约正向影响农户的合作意愿;在个体层次上,心理契约在组织支持与农户的合作意愿之间起到部分中介效应,在逐步引入组织支持和心理变量时,组织支持对农户合作意愿的影响效果降低;将差序氛围作为跨层次调节变量,结果显示,差序氛围对组织支持与心理契约、心理契约与农户合作意愿之间的关系均起负向调节作用。</br>Constructing farmers’ organization participating in the construction, administration and maintenance of small scale conservancy facilities is the key to finishing the ‘last mile’of the small scale conservancy facilities and improving the efficiency of utilization. This research is based on the sample survey of 352 households, 35 village organizations. With cross level analysis model, it reveals the logic order of organizational support, psychological contract, difference atmosphere and willingness of farmers’ cooperation in the construction administration and maintenance of small scale conservancy facilities. The results of the research show that: organizational support and psychological contract have a positive impact on farmers’ willingness to cooperate; at the individual level, psychological contract plays a partial mediating role between organizational support and farmers’ willingness to cooperate; with difference atmosphere as the team level variable, the result displays that difference atmosphere negatively moderates the relationships between organizational support and psychological contract, psychological contract and the farmers’ willingness to cooperate
