%0 Journal Article %T 石榴叶多酚的纯化及抗氧化活性研究 %A 邢佳 %A 陆文娟 %A 赵云霞 %A 陶明煊 %J 南京师范大学学报(自然科学版) %D 2015 %X 采用大孔树脂对石榴叶粗多酚进行纯化,得到3种不同纯度的石榴叶多酚,对这3种多酚的抗氧化活性进行研究并与芦丁对比.结果显示,最佳纯化工艺条件为:上柱质量浓度2.5mg/mL,pH=4,上柱速率2mL/min,乙醇体积分数60%,洗脱量为1.7BV~2.0BV.经AB-8大孔树脂分离后,石榴叶多酚的纯度提高到62.44%,再经聚酰胺树脂分离后石榴叶多酚的纯度为92.83%.石榴叶多酚的抗氧化性研究结果表明,3种不同纯度的多酚均具有清除自由基的效果及还原能力,而且纯度越高清除自由基的效果越好,还原能力越强.与芦丁相比,纯化后的石榴叶多酚具有更好的还原力及清除亚硝酸盐的能力.</br>ThemacroporousresinwaschoosenforseparatingcrudepolyphenolsfromtheleavesofPunicagranatumL.,threedifferentpurityofpolyphenolsfromPunicagranatumL.leavesweregot,comparedwithRutin,threedifferentpurityofpolyphenolsfromPunicagranatumL.wereevaluatedwithdifferentantioxidanttests.Theresultsshowedthatwithsamplesolutionconcentrationof2.5mg/mL,pH=4,feedingspeedof2mL/min,ethanolconcentrationof60%,elutionvolumeof1.7BV~2.0BV,thepurityofCPPLwas62.44%,thepurityofpurifiedpolyphenolsofcrudepolyphenolsfromPunicagranatumL.leaveswas92.83%whichwasfurtherimprovedbyPA.TheresultsofoxidationstabilityanalysisofpolyphenolsinPunicagranatumL.leaveswereshowedthatithadthebettereffectinscavengingfreeradicalandreducingpowerwiththehigherpurity,comparedwithrutin,reducingpowerandnitritescavengingactivityofpurifiedpolyphenolsfromPunicagranatumL.leaveswasstronger %K 石榴叶 %K 多酚 %K 纯化 %K 抗氧化活性< %K /br> %K PunicagranatumL.leaves %K polyphenols %K purification %K antioxidantactivity %U http://njsfdxzrb.paperonce.org/oa/darticle.aspx?type=view&id=201503012
