%T 南通市农业生产用能的县域差异演变及影响因素分析

%X 农业生产用能与农村经济发展关系非常密切.本文利用各种农业生产用能折能系数计算出南通各县市1998年~2013年农业生产用能总量，在对农业生产用能特征和用能效率分析的基础上，利用面板数据模型对各县市农业生产用能的驱动因素进行研究.结果表明，南通各县市农业生产用能水平在不断提高，但各县市间的差异在扩大.农业生产用能效率总体呈上升趋势，其中有机肥、机械能、燃油和电力对农业生产基本起促进作用，而化肥、农药和薄膜的投入已经饱和，其对农业经济增长的促进作用已非常有限.面板数据模型结果表明农业经济总量与能源消费习惯对农业生产用能影响程度较大；劳动力投入的贡献逐渐丧失；农业固定资产投资对农业生产用能的影响程度较小.最后提出提高农业综合机械化水平、合理使用有机肥、改变能源消费习惯、培育新型农民等措施以发展现代农业，提高农业生产用能效率.</br>Agriculturalenergyconsumptionhasacloserelationwiththeruraleconomicdevelopment.Theamountofenergyconsumptionfrom1998to2013ineachcountyofNantongareobtainedbyusingavarietyoftransformingcoefficients.Basedontheresearchofcharacteristicsandefficiencyofenergyconsumption，thepaneldatamodelisestablishedtoanalyzeitsdrivingfactors.Theresultsshowthat：（1）Thequantityofagriculturalenergyconsumptionineachcountyincreasesconstantly，butdisparitiesamongthesecountiesareexpanding.（2）TheefficiencyofenergyconsumptionisontheriseinNantongonthewhole，amongwhichorganicfertilizer，themechanicalenergy，fueloilandelectricpromotethedevelopmentofagriculturalproductionwhilethechemicalfertilizerandpesticidestarttosaturationandtheirrolesinpromotingeconomicgrowthofagricultureareverylimited.（3）Thepaneldatamodelanalysesshowthattheagriculturaleconomicoutputandthehabitofenergyconsumptioncanhavegreateffectontheagriculturalenergyconsumption；laborinputcanactasasubstituteofittosomedegree；whiletheagriculturalinvestmentinfixedassetsonlycanplaylimitedrolesinit.Finally，thepaperpointsoutsomemeasures，suchasimprovingagriculturalmechanizationlevel，usingorganicfertilizerreasonably，changingthehabitofenergyconsumption，cultivatingnewfarmersandsoon，shouldbetakentodevelopagriculturalproductionandimprovetheenergyefficiencyofagriculturalenergyconsumption
