%X <正>1.threesepciesofroses,grussanberlin,superstarandjohnstrongwereirradiatedwith2,4,6and8krandthenthegrowthofthecuttings’callues,stems,rootsandleavesandtheirfloweringwereinvestigated.resultsshowedthatallthsesorganswereapparentlyinhibitedwhentheitradiationwasdonewithmorethan6kr.2.halfayearafterirradiation(optimumdose4kr),mutationsinflowercolourshavebeenobservedinplantsirradiatedinthierseedling(grownoutofcuttingsofgrussanberlinandjohnstrong)stage.3.whenthedosewas4kr,irradiatedseedlingswouldproducemoreflowercolourmutationsthanplantsgrownoutofirradiatedcuttings.
