%0 Journal Article %T 锌肥种类和施用方式对小麦生育期内土壤不同形态Zn含量的影响<br>Effects of Zn source and application method on contents of different Zn forms during wheat growth %A 国春慧 %A 赵爱青 %A 陈艳龙 %A 等 %J 西北农林科技大学学报(自然科学中文版) %D 2015 %X 【目的】 研究Zn肥种类和施用方式对小麦生育期内土壤有效Zn(DTPA Zn)和不同形态Zn含量的影响,为潜在缺锌石灰性土壤合理土施锌肥提供科学依据。【方法】 采用田间试验,以不施用Zn肥为对照,研究水溶态锌肥ZnSO4、螯合态锌肥ZnEDTA条施和均施后,小麦不同生育期株间土壤有效锌和不同形态Zn含量的动态变化,并对不同形态Zn含量与有效锌(DTPA Zn)含量的相关性进行探讨。【结果】 施用2种锌肥总体上均增加了株间土壤中DTPA Zn及各形态Zn含量,施用Zn肥后,土壤各形态Zn含量大小顺序依次为松结有机态Zn>碳酸盐结合态Zn>紧结有机态Zn>氧化锰结合态Zn>交换态Zn。在小麦不同生育时期,条施ZnSO4和ZnEDTA处理土壤DTPA Zn均显著高于均施处理。相关分析表明,均施ZnSO4的条件下,土壤交换态Zn与DTPA Zn呈显著正相关关系,均施ZnEDTA的条件下,土壤氧化锰结合态Zn与DTPA Zn呈显著正相关关系。ZnEDTA施入土壤后,与不施锌肥相比,在小麦整个生育时期交换态Zn含量明显增大,而紧结有机态Zn含量则相对减少。条施锌肥处理提高了土壤DTPA Zn及各形态Zn含量(紧结有机态Zn除外),而且效果明显优于均施锌肥处理。【结论】 在潜在缺锌石灰性土壤中,将螯合态锌肥条施能明显增加土壤中潜在有效的锌组分,而且螯合态锌肥施入土壤后较高的DTPA Zn含量可以维持至小麦收获后,保证了土壤有较长时间的供锌能力。<br>【Objective】This study investigated the effects of Zn source and application method on contents of soil available Zn (DTPA-Zn) and different Zn forms at wheat growth stages (Seedling,tillering,regreening,jointing,filling and harvesting) to improve Zn utilization efficiency in potentially Zn deficient calcareous soil.【Method】The field experiment was conducted using two Zn sources (ZnEDTA and ZnSO4) and two application methods (Broadcast and Band) to analyze contents of Zn (DTPA-Zn) and different Zn forms,and their correlations by comparing with control treatment without Zn fertilization at different growth stages of wheat.【Result】Soil Zn fertilizers (ZnEDTA or ZnSO4) application significantly increased the contents of soil DTPA Zn and other Zn forms.The decreasing order of Zn forms was Zn weakly bound to organic matter (Wbo-Zn)>carbonate bound Zn (Carb-Zn)>Zn strongly bound to organic matter (Sbo-Zn)>manganese oxides bound Zn (OxMn-Zn)>exchangeable Zn (Ex-Zn).The banded ZnEDTA and ZnSO4 increased soil DTPA-Zn by 2 and 1.2 times compared to that in the broadcast treatments,respectively.Soil Ex-Zn and OxMn-Zn contents showed significantly positive correlation with soil DTPA-Zn.Compared to the control,ZnEDTA application significantly increased Ex-Zn concentration and reduced Sbo-Zn concentration.On the other hand,compared to the broadcast application,the banded Zn application significantly increased the contents of soil DTPA-Zn and Zn fractions except for Sbo-Zn.【Conclusion】In potentially Zn deficient calcareous soil,the banded ZnEDTA application significantly increased the content of potentially available Zn,and the efficiency of ZnEDTA could last to the harvest sate of wheat %K 石灰性土壤 %K 锌肥 %K 施锌方法 %K 土壤锌形态 %K 土壤有效锌< %K br> %K calcareous soil %K Zn fertilizer %K Zn fertilizer application methods %K Zn fractions %K soil DTPA-Zn %U http://www.xnxbz.net/xbnlkjdxzr/ch/reader/view_abstract.aspx?file_no=20150726&flag=1
