%0 Journal Article %T 4株有害疣孢霉菌的生物学特性研究<br>Biological characteristics of four isolates of Mycogone perniciosa Magn %A 周春元 %A 李 %A 玉 %J 西北农林科技大学学报(自然科学中文版) %D 2015 %X 【目的】研究来自不同地区的4株有害疣孢霉菌的生物学特性,为双孢蘑菇病害防治提供理论依据。【方法】分别以采自山东、甘肃、河南、四川的双孢蘑菇湿泡病菌有害疣孢霉菌菌株SD2、GS36、HN15和SC7为供试材料,采用十字交叉法,研究了不同培养基、碳源、氮源、温度、pH、光照对4株病原菌菌丝生长的影响,利用凹玻片法分析了温度、pH、光照和相对湿度对4株病原菌分生孢子萌发的影响。【结果】4株有害疣孢霉菌菌丝分别在蘑菇提取液培养基、25 ℃、pH6.0条件下生长最好;菌株SD2和HN15的最适碳源为可溶性淀粉,菌株SC7的最适碳源为葡萄糖,菌株GS36的最适碳源为蔗糖;菌株HN15和GS36的最适氮源为蛋白胨,菌株SD2的最适氮源为玉米粉,菌株SC7的最适氮源为硝酸铵。有害疣孢霉菌分生孢子萌发最佳温度为30 ℃,pH为6.0,相对湿度为100%;光照对有害疣孢霉菌菌丝生长和分生孢子萌发影响较小。【结论】4株有害疣孢霉菌菌株的生物学特性有一定的差异。<br>【Objective】Biological characteristics of four isolates of Mycogone perniciosa Magn from different areas were investigated to provide theoretical basis for disease control.【Method】 SD2,GS36,HN15 and SC7 strains of Mycogone perniciosa Magn collected from Shandong,Gansu,Henan,and Sichuan were used to study the effects of media,carbon source,nitrogen source,temperature,pH and light on their growth using cross method and the effects of temperature,pH,light and relative humidity on conidial germination using concave slide method.【Result】The optimal culture media,temperature and pH for mycelia of the four strains were mushroom extract medium,25 ℃,and 6.0,respectively.The optimal C-source for SD2 and HN15 strains was soluble starch,for SC7 strain was glucose,and for GS36 strain was sucrose.The optimal N-source for HN15 and GS36 strains were peptone,for SD2 strain was corn flour,and for SC7 strain was ammonium nitrate.The optimum temperature,pH,and relative humidity of pathogenic conidial germination were 30 ℃,6.0,and 100%,respectively.Light had minor effect on mycelia growth and conidial germination.【Conclusion】Biological characteristics of the four strains had certain differences %K 双孢蘑菇 %K 湿泡病 %K 有害疣孢霉菌 %K 生物学特性< %K br> %K Agaricus bisporus %K wet bubble disease %K Mycogone perniciosa Magn %K biological characteristics %U http://www.xnxbz.net/xbnlkjdxzr/ch/reader/view_abstract.aspx?file_no=20150629&flag=1
