%0 Journal Article %T 基于部分回归同步的多时间尺度脑电分析<br>Multiple time scale EEG analysis based on partial recurrence synchronization %A 王俊 %A 陈龙军 %J 南京邮电大学学报(自然科学版) %D 2015 %X 文中应用了一种新的方法分析振荡系统中各个系统之间的耦合关系。应用的基于部分回归同步的方法能够分析多时间尺度序列,弥补了部分相位同步算法只能分析单一时间尺度的不足。首先利用部分回归同步算法分析3个耦合的Rossler系统之间的耦合关系,仿真结果表明该算法能够正确判断系统之间的耦合关系,然后将该算法应用于正常及癫痫脑电信号的分析。结果表明,癫痫异常脑电信号的耦合程度比正常人高,对结果进行假设检验,癫痫患者脑电和正常人脑电能够显著区分。<br>A new method is used to infer the coupling structure in networks of nonlinear oscillatory with multiple time scales.The previous method of partial phase synchronization can only infer coupling structure for coupled nonlinear oscillatory with one well defined time scale.A partial recurrence based synchronization(PARS) analysis is introduced to solve the problem of oscillators with multiple time scales.The proposed method is applied to three coupled Rossler oscillators.The result shows that the method can be distinguished direct from indirect interactions.The method can be used to analyze the epilepsy EEG and normal EEG,the result indicates that the coupling degree of epilepsy EEG is higher than that of normal EEG.thus it reveals that the coupling degree of epilepsy patient is higher than that of normal people.The results of hypothesis testing shows that epilepsy EEG and normal EEG are significantly distinguished %K 多时间尺度 耦合 部分回归同步 癫痫< %K br> %K multiple time scales coupled PARS epilepsy %U http://nyzr.njupt.edu.cn/ch/reader/view_abstract.aspx?file_no=201504005&flag=1
