%0 Journal Article %T 单端CTIA型读出电路线性度的研究及优化设计<br>Analysis and optimization on non linearity of single ended CTIA readout circuit %A 沈玲羽 %A 夏晓娟 %A 郭宇锋 %J 南京邮电大学学报(自然科学版) %D 2015 %X 对单端电容跨阻抗放大器读出电路的非线性进行了理论研究,详细分析了积分电路、采样保持电路、行选电路对非线性的影响。在此基础上,为提高读出电路的线性度,提出在积分电路中引入增益自举结构以及行选电路中采用转移电荷电路替代传统源跟随电路的方法。具体电路采用CSMC DPTM 0.5 μm工艺实现,在输入积分光电流为2.0 nA~26.5 nA的范围内,读出电路的非线性度仅为0.05%。<br>The linearity of the readout circuit based on single ended capacitor trans impedance amplifier(CTIA) is researched theoretically, the influences of non linearity on integral circuit, sample and hold circuit and row selection circuit are analyzed. Based on theoretical analysis,to improve the linearity, optimization methods by introducing the gain bootstrap structure into the integral circuit and replacing source follower with charge transfer circuit in row selection circuit are proposed.
