%X ？采用纯培养法，从牛蒡根际土壤中分离耐cd2+菌株，对耐cd2+菌株的耐性和种群多样性进行分析。结果显示：分离到10株耐cd2+菌株，经16srdna分子鉴定，耐cd2+菌株分别属于bacillussubtilis、enterobacteraerogenes、enterobacterludwigi、klebsiellasp.、pectobacteriumcarotovorum、pseudomonassp.。其中，pectobacteriumcarotovorumnp22、enterobacterludwigiinp23、pseudomonassp.np39等3株菌株的对cd2+耐性最高，在cd2+质量浓度为400mg/l固体lb培养基中可正常生长。
