%X inthisstudy,wefoundregularbehavior,fromastatisticalpointofview,intheintensitiesofrotationalspectraforseveralorganicandinorganicmoleculesatroomtemperature.non-linearmolecules,forwhichacommonintensitybehaviorwasderived,wereespeciallyinteresting.weprovidedtheoreticalsupportfortheobtainedresultsbasedontheboltzmanndistribution.boltzmannpowerlawswereusedtoreproducethestatisticalbehavioroftheintensitiesfromthespectraoflinearandnon-linearmolecules.weonlyusedstatisticalargumentsandnospecificdetailsofanymoleculewereused.therefore,theseresultsareapplicabletoalargeclassofatomsandmoleculesandthemodelisvalidwhenconsideringsimilarconditionstothoseusedinthisstudy.
