%0 Journal Article %T methanolconversiontodmeasabluefuel:thebeneficialuseofultrasonicirradiationforthepreparationofcuo/h-mornanocatalyst %A sameh %A m. %A k. %A aboul-fotouh %J 燃料化学学报 %P 1340-1350 %D 2014 %X ?methanolconversiontodmewasinvestigatedovercuo/h-mornanocatalystpreparedbyprecipitationand/orbyprecipitationflowedbyultrasonicirradiationmethods.bet,xrd,sem,nh3-tpdandh2-tprtechniqueswereusedtocharacterizenanocatalysts.theeffectiveultrasonicationfactorsencounteredduringcarryingoutthedehydrationofmethanoloncuo/h-morzeolitecatalyststoproducedimethyletherarestudiedinthepresentwork.thesefactorsinclude:thetypeofultrasonicationmedia,theultrasonicationtime,andthefixedweightofthesolidcatalystperthevolumeoftheultrasonicationliquidmedia(wcatalyst/vliquidratio).xrdshowedthatstructureofh-morisnotdamagedevenafteritisloadedwithcuonanoparticlesorwithultrasonication.h2-tprprofilesindicatedthatreducibilityofsonicatedcuo/h-mornanocatalystishigherthannon-sonicatedcatalyst.itisfoundthatemployingultrasoundenergyfor60minhasthehighestinfluenceonthesurfacepropertiesofnanocatalystanditscatalyticperformance(activityandstability)ofcuo/h-morcatalyst.surfacemorphology(sem)ofthesonicatedcuo/h-morcatalystshaveclarifiedthatmethanolbyitselfusedasanultrasonicationmediumgivesthebestresultsconcerningthehomogeneityofparticlesizescomparedtothenon-sonicatedcatalyst,wherelargeagglomeratesandnon-homogeneousclustersappeared.waterusedasasonicationmediumshowedmanylargeagglomeratesinadditiontosomesmallerparticlesresultedinlowcatalyticactivity.thedifferentalcoholsand(wcatalyst/vliquid)ratiowereexaminedtogiveprecisecorrelationwiththecatalyticactivityofthesonicatedcuo/h-morzeolitecatalyst.thesefindingscertifiedthatultrasonicationhasadeepeffectonthesurfacemorphologyandhenceonthecatalyticbehaviorofthedehydrationofmethanoltodme.nh3-tpdshowsthatultrasoundirradiationhasenhancedtheacidityofcuo/h-morcatalystandhenceit'scatalyticperformancefordmeformation. %K ultrasonication %K methanol %K dme %K h-mor %K cuo %U http://rlhxxb.sxicc.ac.cn/CN/abstract/abstract18523.shtml
