%X ？a2100bpsegmentofthethirdintronoftheporcinepou1f1genewasamplifiedbypcrapproach.twopolymorphicfragmentsof1680bp(callele)and850/830bp(dallele)wereobserved.inthispaper,wediscussedthemspⅰpolymorphicrestrictionsitesinf2stirp-changdufengjiangpigs［landrace×(duroc×fengjiang)］,andstudiedtheeffectongrowthperformanceofallelegeneatmspⅰrestrictionsite.theresultshowedthatthreegenotypesatmspⅰpolymorphicrestrictionsiteshadsignificantcharacteristicsofdistributionintheherdsofchangdufengjiangpigsandthegrowthperformancewasaffected.theweightsbetweenddgenotypeandothergenotypesindifferentstagesofdays(expectbirthweight)differedsignificantly(0.01<p＜0.05)ordifferedverysignificantly(p＜0.01),andthedailygainbetweenddgenotypeandothergenotypesindifferentstageofdaysalsodifferedsignificantlyordifferedverysignificantly.inaword,theallelegenedplayedanimportantroleintheearlyandthelategrowthperformance.
