%0 Journal Article %T 泰国东北部猜也奔府NoenSa-nga地区Yasothon土壤剖面中的澳大拉西亚玻陨石 %A Wickanet SONGTHAM %A Jaroon DUANGKRAYOM %A Pratueng JINTASAKUL %J 地球学报 %D 2012 %R 10.3975/cagsb.2012.s1.28 %X AsedimentaryprofileexposedinsoilquarriesafewkilometersnorthofNoenSa-ngadistrict,Chaiyaphumprovince,NEThailand,revealsaQuaternarygeologicalhistory.Thelowerpartofthesoilprofileisagraveldepositcharacterizedbysub-angulartowell-roundedpebblesrepresentinganabandonedriversedimentarydeposit.Thegravelbedinsomeplacesiscoatedbyironoxideasathinlayerofferricreteattheuppermostpart.Theupperpartofthesoilprofileisabrightreddishbrownstructurelesssanddepositwithfiningupwardsedimentarystructureatthebasalportion,theYasothonsoilseries.Apieceoftektitewasdiscoveredatthecontactboundarybetweenthetwosedimentaryunits.Itischaracterizedbyanirregularshapewithasmoothconcavedsurfaceregardingasanexternalmoldofapieceofwell-roundedpebble.Thispieceoftektiteindicatesthatasolidifiedtektitehadfallenfromhighskythenwasremeltedintoaplasticformpriortoreachandpartlycoverapieceofwell-roundedpebble.Theseevidencessuggestthattherewasameteoriticorcometaryimpactonourearthsurfacesomewhereintheregionthencatapultednumbersofmeltedsilicaejectawithvastvolumeofdustintothesky.Themeltedsilicaejectaweresolidifiedintosplash-formtektiteswithvariousshapeswhiletheywereinthehighsky.Afterthatthetektiteshadfallendownandremeltedintoaplasticformpriortoreachthegroundsurfaceandthensolidifiedasatektitedepositfollowedbylarger-sizedsedimentsandangularquartzfragmentsformingafiningupwardsedimentarystructure.Thefinersedimentsweregraduallysettleddownformingabrightreddishbrownstructurelesssanddeposit,theYasothonsoilseries.Thismeteoriticimpacteventoccurredatabout0.77Maagoastheevidenceoftheprevioustektiteradiometricdating. %K Australasiantektite %K Yasothonsoilseries %K Meteoriticimpact %K NortheasternThailand %U http://www.cagsbulletin.com/dqxbcn/ch/reader/view_abstract.aspx?file_no=2012s128&flag=1
