%0 Journal Article %T Mg-Al/PTEE烟火药爆炸性能的研究(英) %A Bogdan %A ZYGMUNT %J 含能材料 %D 2007 %X Theobjectoftheresearchareexplosivepropertiesofthepyrotechniccompositeconsistoffinegrademagnesium-aluminiumpowder(PAM)andhighlydispersedpolytetrafluorethylene(PTFE).Thecompositerevealshighresistancetoallmechanicalandthermalimpulsesandisextremelysensitivetohotsparksandopenfire.Theburningrateofthecompositionchangesfrom1cm·s-1to100m·s-1alongwithdecreasingitsdensity.Chargesofthecompositionwithdensitybelow1g·cm-3burnsoviolently,thatthephenomenaissimilartoexplosion.Chargeswithdensityabove1.1g·cm-3burnrelativelyrapidlyandstably.Themainpartofthepaperconcernsthepressureimpulsesintheairgeneratedduringhigh-rateburningofthecompositionofbulkdensity.Thenatureofthegeneratedpressureimpulseisnotthatofatypicalshockwave.Ariseofpressureoverthedistancefromthepointofexplosiontothemaximumvaluelasts50-100milliseconds,whileforshockwavesthisfactorislessthanamicrosecondforequivalentcharges.Themethodsofinitiationofthecompositioninfluencetheshapeandparametersofthepressureimpulse.Theexplanationofthenatureofgreatchangesofthecompositionburningratehasbeenproposed.Theeffectdescribedinthepaperwasusedforevaluationofexplosivepressureresistanceofindustrialdoorsandwindows. %K PTFEasoxidizer %K high-ratecombustion %K blastwave %K explosivepressureresistance(EPR) %U http://www.energetic-materials.org.cn/hncl/ch/reader/view_abstract.aspx?file_no=20070609&flag=1
