%0 Journal Article %T Plantsregenerationfromprotoplastandtheirgeneticvariationinfoxtailmillet %A 赵连元 %A 刁现民 %A 段胜军 %J 华北农学报 %P 35-39 %D 1993 %R 10.7668/hbnxb.1993.S2.006 %X Compactcalliderivedfromimmaturespikeletofafoxtailmilletvariety—Jigu11cann'tbedirectlyusedforprotoplastisolationbecauseofitsfirmphysicalstructure,andmustbeloosenedwithsubculturinginM1,M2andM3mediasuccessivelyandalteringthesemediacompo-sitions.Theloosenedcallicanbeselectedfromtheregulationandusedforprotoplastisolationsuccessfully.RateofprotoplastdivisioninKM8Pmediumwas12.3—33.5%.Calliderivedthroughprotoplastdivisionarelooseandcann'tbeuseddirectlyforplanregenerationbecauseofitssoftphysicalstructure.WhentheyweresubculturedinN6—1,N6—2,N6—3andN6—4media,inwhichthemediacompositionswerechanged,thecompactcalliwereobtainedand129plantletswereregeneratedfromthem.101plants,whichgrewtomaturityaftertransplantingtheplantletsintofield,exhibitedsterilityinsomedegree.Mostofthesubsequentlinesderivedfromtheregen-eratedplantsweresterileandonlytwolinescouldgetnormalreproduction. %K foxtailmillet(SetariaitalicaBeau.) %K protoplast %K plantregeneration %K geneticvaria-tion %U http://www.hbnxb.net/CN/abstract/abstract6442.shtml
